Alkaline Herb and Vegetable Soup – Farm Shop

There are many reasons to enjoy a basic soup. It tastes creamy and just feels good. There is no reason to be upset about it.

Incidentally, from a scientific point of view, there is no such thing as peracid from acid-forming foods. Although supporters of alkaline fasting are of the opinion that excess acid in the body can only be neutralized by calcium in the bones, it reduces bone strength in the long run. Nutrition forums today claim that a diet that includes acid-forming foods such as meat, eggs, cheese or cereal increases the formation of acids, but these are rapidly excreted through the kidneys and urine. However, vegetables and herbs provide many other taste and health benefits. So enjoy the basic soup. And on top of that: the new 2020.

Basic Herb Vegetable Soup

ingredient

  • 1 leek
  • Fresh herbs for soup. ©Andrea Knura

    1 tbsp olive oil

  • broccoli
  • zucchini
  • 1/2 liter of water
  • 4 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 handful of fresh basil,
  • parsley, chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • pepper

Ready

  1. Cut the leek into thin rings, and cut the zucchini and broccoli into small pieces.
  2. When the leek is discolored in the olive oil, add the vegetables and pour water over it.
  3. Cook until vegetables are soft. Season, mix, enjoy.
