Vegetable Soup with Sausage Recipe: Makes mustard delicious!

Ingredients: a little vegetable oil, 1 onion, 2 bunches of vegetable soup, 100g parsnip, 300g potatoes, 1 liter beef or vegetable broth, bay leaf, dried robage, plenty of medium hot mustard, sausage of your choice, salt, pepper, Nutmeg, paprika powder.
Here’s how it works: In the vegetable soup wrap, peel the carrots, leeks and celery and cut into small cubes. Put the parsley aside! Peel the parsnips and potatoes and cut into small cubes. Peel and diced the onion and fry in a large saucepan with a little oil.

Then add vegetables (except potatoes) and fry for about 5 minutes. Pour in the beef stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Delicious Vegetable Stew: Spare Your Mustard!
Then add cubed potatoes, 2 bay leaves and a little robage and continue to simmer until the potatoes are done. In the meantime, wash and chop the parsley. When the potatoes are cooked, add the parsley. Then add a generous amount of mustard to the soup and stir until dissolved.
