You will need:

Step 1: Cut, cut and align.

When everything is ready, we begin to wash the individual materials. Then chop the vegetables. Cut carrots, potatoes and zucchini into bite-size pieces. Cut the leek into rings, and the celery into cubes. Set aside the carrots, potatoes, leeks and celery in a bowl and set aside the zucchini on a chopping board.
